Kim Berg Jensen has been active in the packaging business since 1982.
Co-founder and CEO of ScanStore Packaging in 2001 and until 2013. Main focus on shelflife of produce and packaging.
​
Worked as a post harvest consultant in Europe, North and South America, Russia, Asia and Africa.
​​
Sales and export manager in different packaging companies from 2013 till 2020.
​
Kim Berg Jensen has participated in numerous projects with universities, mainly projects and studies in reducing food waste and extended shelf life in produce and vegetables, fruits and flowers.
